Elderly Support Worker

We are now seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Elderly Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring the dignity and respect of each resident at all times. Your focus will be on assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and practicing safe systems of work across various tasks.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,500 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including access to leisure and retail discounts, and opportunities for career development through various apprenticeships.
