Retirement Housing Support Worker

BDS (Northern) Limited is currently recruiting for a Retirement Housing Support Worker in Mitcham. The successful candidate will work closely with residents to provide tailored support and assistance in their daily lives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Daily visits to residents to check on their well-being
  • Providing information on local services and amenities
  • Maintaining accurate records of property maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work independently
Salary and Benefits:
  • Estimated annual salary: £29,840 - £31,400
  • Paid holiday leave
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities

This is a temporary ongoing position with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
