Home Care Support Worker

About the RoleWe're currently seeking a dedicated Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing companionship, personal care, and practical support to our clients, helping them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Pay: £12-£15 per hour (dependent on experience)
Location: Wimbledon and surrounding areas
Job Description:
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, showering, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transfers within the home
- Administer medication and provide medical support
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Accompany clients on outings and errands
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move clients safely
- Reliable transportation and a full UK driving license
- Right to work in the UK
