Job Description: As a Residential Care Worker at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity. You will work closely with our care teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably in a nursing home environment
  • Strong observational and assessment skills
