">This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant. As a member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to residents.
">About the Role
">In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents' lives every day. You will assist residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
">Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional care and support to residents in a residential setting.">
- Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.">
- Recognise and understand clinical risk areas in residents and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.">
- Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.">
- Practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.">
About You
">To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate initiative, be respectful towards residents and other people in the home, and be an efficient worker who can carry reasonable instructions from other team members.

What We Offer
