Care Team Assistant

Nuffield Health Brentwood offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team in Transgender Health. As a member of our care team, you will have the chance to make a real difference in people's lives.
About the roleIn this role, you will be working closely with consultants and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care. Your duties will include assisting with procedures, managing clinic operations and carrying out pre-assessments.
Your key responsibilities- You will enjoy more time to build relationships with patients and their families
- You will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks and prioritizing your workload effectively
- You will work closely with our clinical teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
- You will assist with procedures, including wound care and dressings
- You will conduct pre-assessments via phone or in-person
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and dynamic environment. The estimated salary for this role is around £26,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
