About Our Role

We are seeking a care assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide high-quality care services to our clients. As a care assistant, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver our mission of making a real difference to our clients' lives.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility will be to support our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. This will involve following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £13.80-£14.30 per hour, depending on the shift and day of the week. You will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle to work scheme.
