Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Support Worker at Advantage Healthcare.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will work closely with our clients to develop personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences.

You will provide hands-on assistance with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and managing medication, while promoting independence and dignity.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and families.

A salary of £24,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality care and support services.
