About the Role:

We are seeking a Residential Care Team Leader to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of the senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our newly renovated specialist home for children in the Merton area.

Your main duties will include leading and managing the staff team to provide high-standard care, developing and maintaining the home's Statement of Purpose, and collaborating with healthcare professionals for on-site medical support. You will also be responsible for ensuring a safe and caring environment that meets each child's individual needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need registration with Ofsted as a Home Manager, experience in managing residential care for children, and strong leadership and team management skills. You will also require excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to develop and maintain high-quality care standards while promoting children's rights and individual needs.
