As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our new specialist home in the Merton area. About the Role

The Lead Child Welfare and Support Professional will be responsible for leading a team of staff to provide exceptional care and support to children in our care. This will involve developing and maintaining a Statement of Purpose, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment that meets each child's individual needs.

  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
  • Location: Merton area

The ideal candidate will have registration with Ofsted as a Home Manager, experience in managing residential care services for children, and strong leadership and team management skills. They will also have a commitment to promoting children's rights and individual needs, as well as excellent organisational and communication skills.
