Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Payment System Support Professional to provide client-facing support on our payment solution application. The successful candidate will act as the initial triage point for defects and incidents across multiple client infrastructures, ensuring accurate release notes and communicating deployment steps and configuration changes to clients.

This role involves delivering incident summaries, performance metrics, and root cause reports through regular client updates and formal service reviews. A strong background in DevOps, including Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and Azure, as well as experience driving change and improvements to a Support process/function, is essential.

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
