Mental Health Home Manager

Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mental Health Home Manager to lead a newly renovated specialist home for children in the Merton area. As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe and caring environment that meets each child's individual needs.
This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals for on-site medical support, leading and managing the staff team to provide high-standard care, and developing and maintaining the home's Statement of Purpose. The ideal candidate will have registration with Ofsted as a Home Manager, experience in managing residential care for children, and strong leadership and team management skills.
The annual salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000, making it an attractive offer for those passionate about providing high-quality care and support. With excellent organisational and communication skills, you will be able to develop and maintain high-quality care standards while promoting children's rights and individual needs.
