We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at Nuffield Health in Brentwood.

In this role, you will play a critical part in the billing process, contributing directly to the patient experience and the success of our services.

The ideal candidate will be able to assist the supervisor and management of Salesforce queues, liaise with hospital teams to resolve billing issues and escalate when required.

You will also manage billing queries through the effective use of agreed procedures and in co-ordination with the customer services team.

Additionally, you will propose improvements and seek opportunities to optimise ways of working within the team.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary, which is £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
