">We are seeking a Relief Care & Support Assistant to join our team at Liberty House development in Raynes Park, Wimbledon. As a member of our team, you will provide individualised care to our residents, ensuring they feel supported and enabled to live independently.
">Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Provide housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.">
- Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.">
- Help residents with appointments, transport, and shopping as needed.">
- Escort residents on visits and provide assistance as required.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A warm and friendly approach, ideally with experience in care or support environments.">
- A passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.">
- The ability to deliver excellent customer service.">
- A QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.">
