SEN Teaching Assistant Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
">About the School:Our SEMH school is based in Merton, with close transport links to the local area. We cater for students aged 5-16, all of whom have additional needs, including ADHD, speech, language and communication needs. Our school maintains a Good rating from Ofsted and offers a supportive and inclusive environment for all staff and students.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH needs
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and developing educational plans
- Help students develop their literacy and numeracy skills
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEMH needs and strong behaviour management skills. A background in tutoring or mentoring is also valuable, particularly in subjects such as English and Maths.
