Academic SEN Tutor

At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking an experienced Academic SEN Tutor to join our team in providing high-quality support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). As a SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering tailored learning plans and implementing strategies to help students overcome learning barriers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualised learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
- Provide one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions to students with SEN, adapting teaching methods as necessary
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated support for students with SEN
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a SEN tutor or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt to diverse learning environments
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus 7% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, but opportunities may arise for permanent employment.
