Branch Manager - Commercial Removals

We are recruiting an experienced and ambitious professional to lead our commercial removals branch in Wimbledon. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving business objectives, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a skilled and motivated individual to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Requirements

You will be responsible for:

  1. Managing the branch team, focusing on delivering high-quality results and meeting performance targets.
  2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  3. Conducting market analysis, analyzing customer needs, and informing business development initiatives.
  4. Managing branch finances, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior leadership position within the removals industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data interpretation and financial management.
