**Job Description**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Customer Service Supervisor in Merton.

This is a full-time role, requiring a 40-hour workweek.

As a Customer Service Supervisor at Toolstation, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service, while also supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the overall success of the store.

**Key Responsibilities**

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Leading by Example: Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and setting a positive tone for the team.
  • Supporting the Store Team: Standing in for the Store Manager when needed, motivating the team, and coaching them to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintaining Branch Standards: Ensuring the branch is clean, well-organized, and meets Toolstation's high standards.
  • Developing Team Members: Supporting the development of team members and contributing to their growth within the company.
