Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team at Carlton Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance and regulation, with a strong understanding of industry accreditations and standards. A background in construction or property maintenance would be beneficial.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with accredited bodies to arrange external audits and maintain accreditation
- Maintaining recruitment processes and arranging interviews for candidates
- Scheduling and booking H&S training with site supervisors
- Managing customer complaints and customer service reports
This is a permanent full-time role based in Wimbledon, with a salary range of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum.
