Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sub-contracts and ensure timely payment to suppliers
  • Oversee the creation of sub-contract orders and ensure compliance with Group Commercial Policy
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate budgeting and planning

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or quantity surveying
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum.
