PEOPLE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

This role is based in the London area and requires full-time office-based work from Monday to Friday, including occasional off-site visits.

The successful candidate will work standard hours of 9am-5.30pm and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of HR initiatives and processes across the organization.

  • Salary: up to £40,000 per annum
Key Job Functions:

This position involves managing the effective delivery of HR processes across the organization and reporting to the Head of Team Support.

Key functions include providing employment law advice, identifying areas of risk and changes in legislation, and updating HR policies and procedures accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, a strong team player approach, and the ability to motivate others and build consensus.
