We are seeking a skilled Membership Growth Specialist to proactively and reactively grow membership and enhance member engagement. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field with at least 5 years of experience, and knowledge of the property management sector is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build long-term relationships with companies and individuals to showcase the value of membership and our client's suite of services.
  • Leverage data to identify underutilised services and create strategies to boost member engagement.
  • Collaborate across teams, sharing market insights and feedback to help shape the company's products and services.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, hybrid working, pension and option for private medical and cash back benefits, close proximity to local transport, 25-30 days holiday entitlement dependant on service, additional Christmas shutdown and birthday off, and no weekends or bank holiday working.
