Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Performance Specialist to join our Block Management division in Wimbledon. As a Portfolio Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to drive business growth and improvement.

**Responsibilities:**
• Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, including financials, occupancy rates, and customer satisfaction
• Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive business growth and improvement
• Provide regular reports to the Divisional Manager on portfolio performance and progress towards goals
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement effective strategies to improve portfolio performance and customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**
• Proven experience in a similar role, such as a portfolio manager or analyst
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals

**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
