Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Supervisor at Toolstation, you will be the face of our brand, making a fantastic first impression, building long-lasting relationships, and going above and beyond to make our customers happy.

This is a dynamic role that involves serving customers, supporting the Store Manager, checking deliveries, picking items from the warehouse, and stocking shelves.

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Supporting the Store Manager
  • Mucking In checking deliveries, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment
  • Delivering Great Service providing a great customer experience and coaching the team to do the same
  • Asking Questions and Building Relationships ensuring our customers leave the store with everything they need
  • Building a Fun Working Environment maintaining high branch standards and making the store a place everyone loves coming to work
