Job Overview:

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Project Management and Delivery Lead to join our team at the South West London Integrated Care Board.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to lead the operational planning and execution of our reprocurement programme. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of all milestones and developing project plans that effectively manage timelines, risks, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks

- Liaise with stakeholders, including NHS providers, local authorities, and community organisations, to ensure alignment and smooth service transitions

- Provide regular updates on project progress and key risks to the Programme Director and Programme Board

Risk Management and Compliance:

As a seasoned professional in project management, you will proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks related to the project, particularly those associated with service transitions and compliance with the NHS Provider Selection Regime (PSR). You will also ensure compliance with governance frameworks and legal obligations throughout the reprocurement process.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

You will prepare regular project updates, performance dashboards, and strategic reports for the Programme Board and Lead Leadership. Your attention to detail will enable you to track and report on the success of service transitions, ensuring that the project delivers improved outcomes for patients, particularly in reducing health inequalities.

Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
