Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team as a Facilities Management Operations Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering Lifecycle & Variation projects within the PPP environment, ensuring maximum value to both our own and client organisations.



About the Role


The Facilities Management Operations Executive will be accountable for:



  1. Supporting the delivery of Fix it First and Reactive Lifecycle projects and complex TVR tasks as required;
  2. Ensuring that all costs are appropriately recovered with the desired markup achieved on every project, mindful of any additional internal labour for monitoring or supervision;
  3. Managing contractors, negotiating, and demonstrating best value at all times;
  4. Having a good working and practical knowledge of PFI/LIFT contracts and the funding arrangements in respect of Lifecycle;
  5. Holding a Health and Safety qualification, such as IOSH Qualification (Managing Safely);
  6. Having a good working Knowledge of CDM regulations;
  7. Being qualified to HNC and/or having relevant experience (5 years minimum) gained in Hard FM, M&E, or Building Maintenance services environment;
  8. Having Prince2/APM relevant training desirable;
  9. Being computer-literate (MS Office Products: Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) with a sound knowledge of CAFM/estates and project management systems.
