Job Title: Facilities Management Project Lead

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Hexa Services, a leading provider of facilities management services, is seeking an experienced project manager to lead lifecycle and variation projects within the healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects, with a focus on delivering maximum value to both our clients and our own organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of fix-it-first and reactive lifecycle projects, as well as complex TVR tasks.
  • Ensuring costs are appropriately recovered with desired markups achieved on every project.
  • Strong contractor management, negotiation, and demonstration of best value at all times.
  • Good working knowledge of PFI/LIFT contracts and funding arrangements for lifecycle projects.
  • Health and safety qualification, such as IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations.
  • Qualified to HNC level or relevant experience gained in hard FM, M&E, or building maintenance services environment.
  • Prince2/APM training desirable.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a sound knowledge of CAFM/estates and project management systems.
