We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Primary School Educator to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Lead Primary School Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive lessons to primary school students.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with primary school students. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong classroom management abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs to primary school students
  • Implement the school's curriculum effectively, utilizing creative teaching methods to engage students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour and promoting social-emotional growth
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and achievement
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with primary school students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong classroom management abilities
What We Offer
