Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients in the education sector.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of catering and support services to schools. You will be responsible for preparing delicious meals, creating attractive food displays, and representing our brand in a positive and professional manner.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Create attractive food and counter displays
  • Represent Chartwells and maintain a positive brand image
  • Handle cash and operate the cash register
  • Comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Comply with Health & Safety regulations

Our Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a strong work ethic, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you have previous experience in a similar catering-related role, this would be an advantage but is not essential.

About Us:

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
