About the Role
We are seeking a Christmas Team Member to join our team at Oliver Bonas Limited during the busy period. As a Seasonal Team Member, you will work with others to maintain a smooth store operation, provide a great customer experience, and contribute to the success of our business. The role is an 8-hour minimum contract, with potential for increase based on store needs. Overtime may also be available.

Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
  • Providing a great customer experience and responding to customer queries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Participating in training and contributing to team sessions to ensure excellent product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Maintaining excellent store housekeeping standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Aware of sales targets and store performance, working towards achieving sales targets and improving store performance.

Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £9.50 per hour, depending on experience.
