Customer Support Specialist

At Deskpro Ltd., we're revolutionizing the customer support industry with our innovative helpdesk software platform. As a key member of our growing team, you'll be empowered to deliver exceptional customer service to thousands of companies worldwide.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years experience in customer support for B2B software, looking to take on new challenges and responsibilities every day. You'll work with customers on various configurations, follow-up after weekly releases, and assist with customer onboarding.
We're currently migrating customers to our latest version, Deskpro Horizon, which has been re-designed and re-developed over the past 2 years. As a result, it's an exciting time to join our small but growing support team.
Key Responsibilities:- You'll be a core part of the Deskpro team, communicating with customers via support tickets, live chat, voice, and social media.
- You'll troubleshoot software issues, test for bugs, and log software bugs on behalf of customers.
- You'll update the help content built into Deskpro and write new content as we launch new features.
- You'll help new customers with the onboarding process, including configuration and training sessions.
- You'll gather customer feedback and share your knowledge with the Product team.
