We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients and customers in the education sector.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
  • Creating attractive food and counter displays that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image in the education sector
  • Handling cash and operating the cash register with accuracy and efficiency
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • An enthusiastic can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to succeed in their role and contribute to the success of our team
  • Experience within a similar catering-related role, although this is not essential
