Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager and Team Leader at Malmaison Hotels, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels, and other operational expenses
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless delivery of menu items and specials
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Lead by example and motivate and inspire a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with experience in driving revenue growth
  • Possession of basic knowledge of health and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain a safe working environment
