We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our growing team at Deskpro Ltd. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to work with innovative helpdesk software and become an integral part of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions via support tickets, live chat, voice, and social media platforms.
  • Work collaboratively with customers to set up configurations that meet their business needs, ensuring seamless integration with various products and services.
  • Test and log software bugs, escalating critical issues to technical support teams and following up with users to ensure resolution.
  • Update and create new help content within the Deskpro platform, reflecting changes in features and functionality.
  • Lead new customer onboarding processes, including configuration, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Product team to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
