Job Description

Your Role: As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be working within the Support Team providing software support and basic training to users of Intelligent Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide help desk support, answering calls from clients and processing emails.
  • Investigate and resolve queries or escalate them to the 2nd line support team as necessary.
  • Test new software functionality and assist with quality assurance.
  • Create and review help files for client assistance.
  • Liaise with the Account Management Team to improve business processes.
  • Assist with remote telephone training for new users.
  • Support the Account Manager with client liaison.
  • Stay up-to-date on Intelligent Office functionality and industry products/practices.

Requirements:

  • Help desk experience is required, although candidates with other experience may be considered.
  • Prior experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
  • Good computer skills are essential, including Microsoft Office knowledge.
  • Excellent telephone manner is required.
