Requirements:
  • Proven experience in residential lettings estate agency, with a strong track record of success
  • Valuation and listing experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • High level of customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and landlords
  • Success in managing and mentoring a team, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a passion for the property industry
  • Knowledge of the local area is helpful, but not essential
  • Full driving license is essential
