- Valuation and listing experience is beneficial, but not essential
- High level of customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and landlords
- Success in managing and mentoring a team, with a focus on developing their skills and knowledge
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated, with a passion for the property industry
- Knowledge of the local area is helpful, but not essential
- Full driving license is essential
