We are seeking an ambitious lettings specialist to join our busy residential lettings support team in Wimbledon.



This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings client accountant to bring their skills and expertise to our team.



Key Responsibilities

Importing Tenancy Details

The successful candidate will be responsible for importing tenancy details into our accountancy system to facilitate rent processing.



Managing Queries

They will also manage queries through our internal coordinator system, ensuring timely and accurate responses.



Collaboration with Landlords, Tenants, and Branches

The lettings specialist will work closely with landlords, tenants, and branches to resolve queries and provide excellent customer service.



Dealing with Deposits and Rent Arrears

They will be responsible for dealing with deposits returns and deregistering, as well as following up on rent arrears to minimize any potential losses.



Compliance with Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme

Our ideal candidate will ensure that payment details are compliant with the requirements of the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme.



Understanding of Overseas Landlords Tax

They will have a strong understanding of overseas landlords tax, which will enable them to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.



Investigating Queries and Taking Action

The lettings specialist will investigate queries and take relevant action to resolve issues efficiently.



Timely and Accurate Task Completion

They will ensure that all tasks are performed in a timely and accurate manner, meeting the high standards of our company.

The successful candidate will manage a large portfolio and take ownership of the process from start to finish, building long-term relationships with landlords and tenants.
