We have a fantastic opportunity for a Data Coordinator to join our Data Solutions team here at Domestic & General. Reporting into the Data Solutions Manager, this role will provide a key supporting role in maintaining data quality and operational continuity.
This will also involve managing requests for new ‘schemes’ and other key business-owned reference data and be responsible for a variety of data flows, processes, procedures and controls, thereby ensuring new schemes, propositions and campaigns are delivered in line with business requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage production of regular/routine data reporting for both clients and internal teams, most commonly using MS Excel and Flyspeed (SQL-based data query tool)
- Investigate and resolve a wide range of errors relating to data configuration, data quality and policy creation
- Support other projects, tasks and issue resolution within Data Operations, as and when designated
- Help to maintain and improve Data Operations procedures, workflows and knowledge libraries
- Collaborate effectively with a range of key business teams.
- Aim where possible to add value and to focus on delivering the best possible customer outcomes.
