About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Ecommerce Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team at Dermalogica. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing the ecommerce email inbox, providing exceptional support to our ecommerce customers, handling online transactions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer queries and concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Order Management: Process refunds and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate regular reports on Ecommerce customer service performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Team Support: Assist our professional skin therapists in placing orders on our B2B platform and share exciting updates about new promotions and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Beauty Therapy Qualification: A Level 2 or 3 Beauty therapy qualification is desirable, allowing you to support consumer queries and work towards achieving Dermalogica expert status through our in-house training programs.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience within a Customer Service role is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding telephone manner and confident building professional relationships across the company.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT including Microsoft Office, Word, and CRM.
