About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wates Group. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for the general public and all levels of staff, including external contractors, suppliers, and VIP visitors.
  • Manage visitor booking systems and room bookings, ensuring all meeting rooms are clean, tidy, and maintained throughout the day.
  • Assist in maintaining the security of the site, through monitoring staff access and validation of visitors and contractors.
  • Assist the team in maintaining and updating records, files, and logbooks, including Lost Property, Restricted Key Lists, and transport delivery and collection information where required.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a professional attitude and appearance, who is able to think on their feet when faced with various situations. You will have solid written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational skills, and be able to use MS Office proficiently. Experience with office equipment such as printers and video conferencing facilities is also essential.
