About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Aviva team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Coach customers on how to use our digital platforms and provide guidance on how to make the most of our services.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and resolution rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and informed support to our customers.
What You'll Get
  • A competitive starting salary between £24,200 and £27,300, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
  • A bonus opportunity of up to 6% of annual salary, based on performance and Aviva's targets.
