Key Responsibilities:

- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our financial products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative skills, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. You will also work one Saturday morning per month, from 9am to 12pm, from home after initial training.
