Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience with CRM systems and goal-oriented customer service environments
  • Positive attitude, with a genuine drive to help people and rectify situations
