Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Ecommerce Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process Transactions: Handle online transactions, process refunds and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support Customer Service Channels: Assist with customer service across various channels, including email, phone, and other platforms.
  • Generate Reports: Produce regular reports on ecommerce customer service performance, providing actionable insights to improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with professional skin therapists to support consumer queries, place orders, and share updates on new promotions and product launches.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office, Word, and CRM software.
  • Beauty Therapy Qualification: A Level 2 or 3 Beauty therapy qualification is desirable, with opportunities to develop skills and expertise through in-house training programs.
