Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Senior Enterprise Sales Executive encompass identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities with high-potential clients. This role requires a strategic approach to customer engagement, utilizing all available resources to address client needs with suitable IFS solutions.

We are in search of a proactive and driven sales leader with the following attributes:

  • Revenue Achievement: Meet or surpass sales targets.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate effective account and territory strategies to ensure revenue growth and sustainability. Cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients to drive organizational strategy.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships with management and executive-level clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and a commitment to delivering value through IFS products.
  • Customer Insight: Gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's technology landscape, growth objectives, and competitive environment. Stay informed on industry trends and developments.
  • Territory Leadership: Oversee assigned territory, managing accounts, relationships, and sales cycles. Encourage all clients to serve as IFS references.
  • Business Development: Create and implement a detailed business plan addressing client priorities and challenges, utilizing benchmarking and ROI data to facilitate decision-making.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain client relationships by providing ongoing support, information, and guidance, while identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential product enhancements or new offerings.
  • Reporting: Compile reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold service quality by establishing and adhering to organizational standards.
  • Professional Development: Enhance professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in industry associations.
  • Team Contribution: Support team objectives by achieving related results.
Demand Generation and Sales Management
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active and updated sales pipeline.
  • Collaborative Partnerships: Work with marketing, inside sales, partners, and channels to enhance pipeline opportunities.
  • IFS Solutions Expertise: Leverage comprehensive knowledge of IFS offerings, including industry and technology solutions, to drive sales.
  • Sales Execution: Advance and close sales opportunities through effective strategy implementation.
  • Event Participation: Support IFS promotions and events within the territory.
Sales Excellence
  • Value Selling: Focus on selling value to clients.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct white space analysis to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Resource Coordination: Assemble appropriate teams to execute successful sales strategies.
  • Competitive Positioning: Understand competitors and effectively position IFS solutions.
  • CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated with accurate customer and pipeline information.
Qualifications
  • Significant experience in selling complex business software or IT solutions, with a focus on value-based selling.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven success in managing complex sales processes at the executive level.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle large transactions and lengthy sales cycles in a fast-paced, consultative environment.
