Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our strategic partners to drive mutual success.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Partner Account Plans: Create and implement partner account plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as their primary point of contact within the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.
- Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner relationships and drive incremental revenue.
- Provide Regular Updates and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reporting on partner performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, offering guidance and support to help them maximize the value of our solutions.
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in partner or channel management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with partners at all levels.
- Strategic thinker.
- Ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional proficiency in English.
