We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at IFS. As a key member of our global business development team, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our strategic partners to drive mutual success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partner Account Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute partner account plans that achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as their main point of contact within the organization.
  • Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partner relationships and drive incremental revenue.
  • Provide Regular Updates and Reporting: Provide regular updates and reporting on partner performance and opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor: Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, offering guidance and support to help them maximize the value of our solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related Field: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven Experience in Partner or Channel Management: Proven experience in partner or channel management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.
  • Ability to Build Rapport and Credibility: Ability to build rapport and credibility with partners at all levels.
