The Enterprise Sales Associate is a key member of the global Digital GTM organization, responsible for driving new sales revenue by teaming with Account Executives (AEs). This role involves two primary functions: 1) driving business in existing, under-penetrated, and suspect Enterprise accounts; and 2) sourcing net new opportunities through prospecting efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Build quotes and proposals to drive business growth
- Create strategic account plans to drive sales revenue
- Run business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work alongside the greater account team to drive sales success
- Prospect under-penetrated Enterprise accounts and cross-sell new business unit applications
- Provide 'on demand' sales support to customers
- Support Customer Success Managers and Renewal Reps to ensure customer retention
- Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal
- Drive sales process management, opportunity closure, and ongoing account management
- Prior experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients
- Full cycle sales experience for 1-2+ years
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' beyond solving a siloed issue
- Driven and able to apply newly learned, complex knowledge
