Job Title: Sr Enterprise Account Exec

At ServiceNow, we're looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sr Enterprise Account Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive new business sales revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives across all product sales
  • Oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategies
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and advising on how ServiceNow can help
  • Identify and engage specialist/support resources to bring into deals at the right time
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in software or solutions sales
  • Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture and our plans around IT
  • Experience promoting a customer success focus in a win-as-a-team environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
