Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Build and nurture business relationships with Small, Mid-Market, and Commercial Accounts
  • Identify customer requirements and align them with ServiceNow offerings
  • Generate new leads through targeted prospecting efforts
  • Utilize the Value Selling sales methodology to foster business expansion
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful sales outcomes
  • Deliver timely and precise information for sales leadership
  • Adapt to evolving circumstances and work effectively towards achieving goals

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in telesales or new business development
  • Experience in selling enterprise solutions through phone and video interactions
  • Familiarity with sales processes and ability to navigate intricate sales cycles
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools and IT solutions
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
  • Reliable and flexible in adapting to diverse work demands
